Re: 23 DAYS!!
Settle was the best. In 1988 he made the All-Pro Team and the All-Madden squad. I thought it was pretty cool then and still is today. I remember playing ball with him and Todd Payton an the Quinn after his rookie season. He was such a down to earth guy and has obviously represented APP well since. Hate we didn’t get to see him in Madison this season.

Re: 23 DAYS!!
My football claim to fame is being run over by John Settle. Saw John in Belmont a couple of years ago and had a great conversation with him, super nice guy. Speaking of 23 days does anybody know if the north end zone and the hill will be presentable by then?

Re: 23 DAYS!!
Had a criminal justice class with him and had the pleasure of meeting him. He was very nice, polite and down to earth, and I recall him being serious about his studies. This despite the fact he was almost certain to have a career in the NFL.
