true, but I posted the CPCC reference due to what I remember about the students who attended uncc when I was growing up in Concord...mainly kids who wanted to stay home with mommy and daddy and not "go away" to college. I just thought of uncc as a large community college, although I will say that there is absolutely nothing wrong with attending a CC for a year or two to save money, especially in today's college scam climate. Some kids just want to go to school to obtain a decent job and not be in loads of debt. CCs can often serve that purpose very efficiently, uncc is just more expensive.BallantyneApp wrote: ↑Fri Sep 04, 2020 8:26 amI always chuckle when UNCC fans start beating their chest about their medium rent office park campus. UNCC has the third nicest campus in Mecklenburg county after CPCC central and Queens. Both Queens and CPCC central are in the WWWWAAAAYYYYY nicer and cooler neighborhoods too. Seriously, if UNCC was where CPCC central is, it would be a legit option.

Totally right about JC Smith. It's just been so long since I walked on that campus. Also in the cooler neighborhood.NattyBumppo'sRevenge wrote: ↑Fri Sep 04, 2020 9:30 amYou forgot to include Johnson & Wales and Johnson C Smith.BallantyneApp wrote: ↑Fri Sep 04, 2020 8:26 amI always chuckle when UNCC fans start beating their chest about their medium rent office park campus.
