Marshall v EK
Our upcoming opponent is having a BIG first half. Marshall 20.5 pt favorite is up 38 zip with 3 minutes before half. Their offense looks good with a strong back and big receivers. EK not bringing much to the table.
I'm pulling for all of our opponents to be undefeated going into our match ups.

That freshman QB looks like the real deal.Yosefus wrote: ↑Sat Sep 05, 2020 1:27 pmOur upcoming opponent is having a BIG first half. Marshall 20.5 pt favorite is up 38 zip with 3 minutes before half. Their offense looks good with a strong back and big receivers. EK not bringing much to the table.

Re: Marshall v EK
They do look very good, I wish they played next week to get a better gauge of just how good they are. They were supposed to crush EKU and they have . Should be an interesting matchup on the 19th.

EKU is terrible
This is a bad scrimmage
I have no worries of the Turds.
We will see if they can stop our run and pass

Wonder what Texas knows that NC leadership hasn’t figured out. Call Gov. Cooper and ask him WTH? 919-814-2000

59-0, even against a bad opponent, is something to be worried about. Respect for Marshall, but I believe we’ll be ready.

Re: Marshall v EK
I fully expect Marshall to be improved over last year, but it's hard to get a read from this game. EKU looked really bad. That said, we are going to have to get some pressure on that QB and play some good coverage. He was dropping passes in there pretty regularly yesterday, but he had all day and the EKU defenders never seemed to put a hand out there even when they had position. We just need to play App football week after week and we will be fine!

EKU was wretched. This type of game is very hard to read, but if you hold a team scoreless and put up 60-you have my attention. Marshall is good, how good we don't know.

Being a resident of north Texas I can tell you that as a society we are done with the pandemic. Obviously everyone is wearing masks and distancing but everything else is back to business as normal.Appstate88 wrote: ↑Sat Sep 05, 2020 4:52 pmWonder what Texas knows that NC leadership hasn’t figured out. Re: Marshall v EK
Very hard to read. 2011 UCF started with a 62-0 route over FCS Charleston Southern so that along with our previous season had us with high expectations. We finished 5-7 lol.
But Marshall fans seem to be happy with their new QB. Saw tons of criticism on their board last year for the QB that transferred out.

Re: Marshall v EK
Marshall's QB seems to have a really strong arm and is pretty accurate as well. It looked like he locked in on his receivers quite a bit of the time so that may come back to haunt him. No matter how bad EK is that is still a lot of points to give up. I think Marshall will be one of the better opponents on our schedule this year.
