Relax folks. We will correct it. We’re just not an explosive offense right now and we all knew it when Sutton opted out....if were being honest.

Doesn’t work that way at this level. We are in the FBS in a perceived weak conference returning the house with tons of expectations. We have to win these games and almost be perfect.

Laying a colossal egg like this on CBS of all places is incredibly detrimental to the program.

You can talk about “fixing” it all you like but it won’t matter one bit if we beat Ga State on ESPN+.

The sentiment nationally right now is we embarrassed ourselves and are overrated and that’s all that’ll be remembered. It’s a huge blow to the Sun Belt credibility as well given we’ve run the conference.

Marshall is a good team and we clearly are not right now. The injuries and players out are hurting us big time. Imagine how the offense looks with Sutton, Anderson, Pearson, and Marcus Williams? It would be much better.

This is just a dose of reality that most college football fans have every other weekend. We haven’t had this in a while.
The fan base will overact like always but we need to remember this is a different year.

We can’t talk about how big of a deal playing a nationally televised game in CBS is and then not acknowledge the implications of it if we don’t show up.

There is no excuse for that. The only game we should lose from here on out is Louisiana. I'm telling you Marshall is good. I had us winning by 3 but not shocked by this. When I saw Pearson and Williams out I figured the depth would start to get to us. Evans is way too slow to be on the field catching long balls but that does not happen if Pearson is healthy.
