Re: Campbell Game Day Thread
I decided to change how I viewed the game after finding out we are 20 players down. Much more enjoyable understanding we have a lot of new faces and chemistry is different. You are watching new guys grow up before your eyes. Also am staying off of posting every single play.
Good clock management before the half.
Campbell has a huge offensive line and a true dual threat quarterback. Kudos for them not folding the season and playing a tough 4 game schedule. Minter is doing a great job.

Re: Campbell Game Day Thread
Considering we lost the most vocal defensive leader we have had in years to the NFL, our defense hasn't been that bad. Our offense and discipline has been the most embarrassing thing.

Offense seems unimaginative and uninspired. Not trying to get the ball down the field other than to Hennigan. I know Peterson didn’t want to rock the boat with play calling but come on......

I dont. Ive heard too much behind the scenes about Zac and his approach/preparation to the game, and this is 2 seasons in a row where I'm seeing that translated on the field.

Going to give our staff and players credit for playing today. We could have called it off. I think it’s the right decision. Playing tells our guys what’s expected of them, no excuses. Don’t really understand the guys asking if we miss Ted Roof. I was a Ted Roof fan. Yes our D has looked bad today but our D won the UNCC game and at least gave us a chance at Marshall. Really different look for our O today. We’ve been under center more today than in the last 13 years.

Based on his accolades and his record on the field, it’s hard to see what you’re speaking of especially when everything you post is always so cryptic.appstatealum wrote: ↑Sat Sep 26, 2020 12:45 pmI dont. Re: Campbell Game Day Thread
We’re just not a very disciplined football team and it shows across the board.
Dropped passes. Missed throws. Missed tackles. Missed blocks/blown assignments. Missed FG’s. Poor ball security. Bad penalties.
Any of those on their own would be a non-issue but combined it means big mistakes on almost every play.

Dude, if you can’t see zacs drop off since the PSU game, you’re blind.Chaz wrote: ↑Sat Sep 26, 2020 12:52 pmBased on his accolades and his record on the field, it’s hard to see what you’re speaking of especially when everything you post is always so cryptic.appstatealum wrote: ↑Sat Sep 26, 2020 12:45 pmI dont. I’ve heard some things as well about his preparation and it has definitely shown. When I heard it, his performance lately has started to make sense.appstatealum wrote: ↑Sat Sep 26, 2020 12:45 pmI dont. I'm happy to share what I know, but you'll have to PM me. Don't always be fooled by what you see on the field. Im cryptic only to lead folks to look past the "shiny surface" and possibly see the things lurking under the surface.Chaz wrote: ↑Sat Sep 26, 2020 12:52 pmBased on his accolades and his record on the field, it’s hard to see what you’re speaking of especially when everything you post is always so cryptic.appstatealum wrote: ↑Sat Sep 26, 2020 12:45 pmI dont. He was absolutely phenomenal in that game and went toe to toe with a senior hesiman hopeful. In my opinion the best player on the field that day.yosef69 wrote: ↑Sat Sep 26, 2020 12:55 pmDude, if you can’t see zacs drop off since the PSU game, you’re blind.Chaz wrote: ↑Sat Sep 26, 2020 12:52 pmBased on his accolades and his record on the field, it’s hard to see what you’re speaking of especially when everything you post is always so cryptic.appstatealum wrote: ↑Sat Sep 26, 2020 12:45 pmI dont. We’ve had nothing but changes the past several years...Sat, Drink and now Shawn... we will get it together, it may be ugly for a while but you have to have consistency and trust in your teammates and coaches... Go App!

I see a QB who’s gone 24-4, won OPOY, All Sunbelt, two conference championships, two bowl games and is on every major QB award watch list all while adapting to what’s his third head coach.yosef69 wrote: ↑Sat Sep 26, 2020 12:55 pmDude, if you can’t see zacs drop off since the PSU game, you’re blind.Chaz wrote: ↑Sat Sep 26, 2020 12:52 pmBased on his accolades and his record on the field, it’s hard to see what you’re speaking of especially when everything you post is always so cryptic.appstatealum wrote: ↑Sat Sep 26, 2020 12:45 pmI dont.
