Well, definitely not embarrassing given 20 players out. From a DC perspective, it seems we start out trying to see what opposing offense is trying to accomplish versus being proactive in predicting what they may want to accomplish... several games in a row where defense gives up points early on

Well I want to give some credit where it’s due. This looked like a nightmare at the half and Coach Clark did a great job making adjustments. Sure this is an FCS a team but this second half is what I’d expect from us.

Shoutout to special teams as well.

I’m pleased with what I saw here and hope we have some positive vibes to build off of going into next week. Go Apps.

The first half was incredibly hard to watch, amazing halftime adjustments and huge credit to the coaches and players, thank you for delivering.

Nate Noel... I hope to see his name more and more, what a f*cking show young man! Same to Harrington

I'm very impressed with the guys that stepped in today. When their name was called they delivered.

Adjustments at the half were great. I dont remember any penalties in the second half either.

ZT didnt seem right in the first half but as th4 game went on his passes got better. A bit concerning but hopefully he has something to build on.

Offense looks better when we the tempo increases

Nate Noel has a bright future.
Chop Harrington looks good in space. Hope we see more of that.

So, when do we know if any of these 18 get to play vs UL?

I have no clue what the protocol is. 14 days? When did it start? We are only 11 days away from the game. So I would assume they won’t play unless there is testing during quarantine that can release them.

Meltdowniest fans in college football. That's what I find embarrassing.
Totally agree. We get a big kick out of watching GA Southern fans melt down after some of their games but we have a loud crowd of “fans” that are every bit as stupid.

Apparently it isn't a meltdown or whiney if you are accustomed to winning. Anyway, I'll take the final score. It was a treat to see our freshmen play.

Does Peterson trust his QB?
I dont. Ive heard too much behind the scenes about Zac and his approach/preparation to the game, and this is 2 seasons in a row where I'm seeing that translated on the field.
Based on his accolades and his record on the field, it’s hard to see what you’re speaking of especially when everything you post is always so cryptic.
Dude, if you can’t see zacs drop off since the PSU game, you’re blind.
I see a QB who’s gone 24-4, won OPOY, All Sunbelt, two conference championships, two bowl games and is on every major QB award watch list all while adapting to what’s his third head coach.
Spot on. And let's review the 4 losses: the first was his first start at Penn State and took them to OT.
The second was against Georgia Southern his first season starting and he was taken out in the first series by an uncalled illegal hit to the helmet.
The third was a 3 point loss to Georgia Southern on a horrible weather night in Boone with tons of dropped passes.
And then the fourth was last week at Marshall with a missed field goal and the infamous TE fumble in the red zone.
Zac is a winner but he can't do it completely alone...he needs all of the other guys to do their jobs also.

I hate to say it but looks to me like a team that is not ready to play from the first play. If we are slow starting next week we’ll get embarrassed like last week. First half of game today was awful.
