this. that was amazing. The defense has done its job. This offense has to make big changes.

Re: Georgia St Game Day Thread
The fact is he is double clutching, staring down receivers, not reading the defense, showing zero poise, zero urgency. Yea there have been 3 or ahs this game where the OLine let him down, but what about every other mistake? It's partly play calling but it's part execution by the players. It's easy to say let's go vertical but who has confidence right now ZT could make that work? I don't.GlassOnion wrote: ↑Sat Nov 14, 2020 3:48 pmGuess he should block for himself too? BS. This is happening because we have all seen this young man play better, harder and with more fire. He is a Mountaineer and he will be for the rest of his life. The fact remains though HE has to pick it up for his teammates.GlassOnion wrote: ↑Sat Nov 14, 2020 3:42 pmBS to blame the players. Its the same players that killed it last year.

Defense has played well considering the offense is only on the field for 30 seconds each set of downs

Hey, I love Zac. I appreciate everything he’s done for the black and gold. But lately he ain’t gettin it done. I just wish he would play like he has in the past. BTW. He ain’t he only one on the field that ain’t gettin it done...the rb’s and offensive linemen could be picking up the slack...

Is the OC snickering to themselves constantly calling the run up the middle? The passing hasn’t been grandeur either, but do TO if all else fails

If it is many players not getting it done... That's coachingAppStForMe wrote: ↑Sat Nov 14, 2020 3:55 pmHey, I love Zac. I appreciate everything he’s done for the black and gold. Why not take a shot. What the hell are we doing???? We have nothing on offense today.

Yeah but when those guys at ESPN picked us as one of the four games guaranteed! to blow the spread away, I knew we were jinxed!

Hate to tell you, but those are symptoms, not causes. Get used to this, regardless of QB.NavyApp wrote: ↑Sat Nov 14, 2020 3:53 pmThe fact is he is double clutching, staring down receivers, not reading the defense, showing zero poise, zero urgency. Re: Georgia St Game Day Thread
I do think its worth asking if the HC was the right hire. I know, they said it about Satterfield and he turned out good, but the "player coach" thing can come back to haunt you when you get to close with those you are to hold accountable. I fear that may be what is unfolding. Great for recruiting, terrible for results.
As for OC and DC. Petersen even as a 2nd choice was never set to be anything but mediocre at best. Jones, has his moments, but spot Louisiana and Coastal 7 and you will be looking at tail lights the whole game. Very disappointing showing today.

Re: Georgia St Game Day Thread
We're 1-5 ATS this year. That was a stupid call and anyone who bet on that was guaranteed to lose money. Wrong guarantee
