Great job all around from players to coaches. I know we are critical of everything we do, but today’s performance is what we are accustomed to. It won’t last forever, so let’s enjoy it. Both sides of the ball set the tone early. Now, let’s move on and go 1-0 (8-0) against UL Friday night. APPPPPPPPPPP!!!

Great game on both sides of the ball.

Let's get ready for some UL!

WRs may be more healed now.

Sad that 8 didn’t seem back to normal and probably shouldn’t have tried it today.

Short week to recover now.

Anderson Castle is a badass. He’s tough and quick. Plus, he wears #44, and I remember Riggins. I’m not second-guessing the coaches, but I bet he could play some LB.

He was the QB at Watauga.

Early lead means early prevent. We could blow this.

Yup. And I will be until we start beating teams with winning records. The current win list is FCS caliber, and we're still very sloppy. I've also seen enough of Dale Jones' prevent D to last a lifetime.

Until Covid knocked out a couple RBs pre Campbell game, he was LB. He made the switch due to depth. Chances are he will be back at LB next year. He was in the two deep at LB first game.

He needs to be a LB. Although he had long run today, I just do not see him as our every down back. IMO, not quick or fast enough to elude athletic linemen or LBs on consistent basis. With build, could be one heck of a LB hopefully

Yea, urging caution while up early in the 2nd quarter is just aweful. I feel terrible. Let me stick my head back in the sand.

Dude your critique is lame. It’s one thing to fuss when we lose, but to hedge your bets when we win makes you a hater or the most cowardly type of fan. You revel in the wins but if we struggle or don’t win by enough or lose you can hide behind your “yeah I knew they
Wouldn’t”. Take your fair weather ass someplace else

Reading this made me think of the RB from Watauga High that ate us alive during his Wofford days. I googled him and found this.

Peeps may get 1000 yards after all. Keep that 1000 yard rusher stat alive while protecting the most important stat...1-0
He's only 361 yards short of the mark right now with 3 games left (including the bowl). It is definitely achievable, especially if he keeps breaking long TD runs like he has done the past two weeks!

In addition to our big win yesterday, The Stink lost again, doesn't get better than this.

Liked Coach Clark response to question on ZT. Defended his QB as he should.

I know the Castle family and follow his career. The youngster is a winner. Wherever you plug him in , just 110 percent. Will get much stronger and faster. One of the bright spots in 2020 for me anyway.

I absolutely loved the way he answered that question about ZT. He was very clear in his answer; no waivering, no pause, he even sat up a little straighter. You can say want you want about Clark as a coach but the man doesn't BS and he truly cares about his guys.
