Point being FAU appears to be not "all that", therefore, I don't think any of us should be playing the "they looked great against FAU" either. Speaking of Georgia State, they beat The Stink. Go Apps!

Very uncertain about this one. Hard to call. If we can take it to OT, I like our chances.

The season hangs in the ballance:

Special season (like coastal) - not achievable
Great season (like ULL) - not achievable
Good season - win today and bowl, achievable
Bad season - loose today, achievable (record ok but beat all bad teams)
Train-wreck - loose last 2 - achievable
Dumpster fire - not achievable, too many wins already

Please stop with all the covid and injury talk, or players who left, every team has dealt with that. Coaching transition is valid, with the exception its clark, who has been around forever, soft transition, not a culture shift like drink.

Please god win today, i dont think we cover, but the good weather gives me hope.

Which defense can make more stops? Which team can make less turnovers? Which team wins special teams?

Lunsford has had our number the last few years. His team has played physical, they made us one dimensional, and weather and personnel played a factor. I like the fact that we rarely lose twice in a row, and how we have fared against common opponents compared to them. Based on the questions above though, still not completely confident in our ability to go into Statesboro and have the mental and physical toughness, or the personnel to win this game. Please prove me wrong....

Happy to have been proven wrong. After the first half I thought I was going to be right. This team and these seniors played an awesome 2nd half. We won the turnover battle and other than the kick out of bounds, special teams play was pretty special. The toilet plunger was a nice touch!
