Just curious if anyone knows how App St super seniors coming back compares to other P5 and G5. We had many players cone back that made significant contributions ( Sutton 2019). Are other teams getting as many starters or significant contributors as we are?

I absolutely love seeing this! Also really interesting seeing McKnight being listed at 6'3 230 and a DL, since we was a LB in high school. I AM SOOOO EXCITED FOR FOOTBALL STUFF!!!

Not sure but he’s no longer on the roster.

I think it's highly doubtful he would've stayed on the mountain long. Even more doubtful he would've become the starter.

There were some question marks around DBG during recruitment but App took a flyer on him. Unfortunately, some of these issues were validated when coaches didn't see timely skill progression they expected from him.

I wish DBG the best in the future, hopefully he'll find a place where he can thrive.

This will be a year where “returning production” isn’t as telling a sign as it has been in years past. Most programs returning large majority of starters.

Good battle between he and Noel forthcoming.

They are similar, compact with great speed. Noel seems to further along - better balance and maybe vision. Both can break it long if they get a crease.

Could be it was the other way around. Maybe Anderson’s intent to return made it an easier decision on both sides for Williams and App to part ways.

East I doubt it. Williams was a 500yd guy for the past 3 yrs at minimum. He wants to be the #1 guy. Anderson must prove he can. I wished Williams stayed.
