Coaches ranked as recruiters

Good teams recruit good players to win consistently, and App St is flat out dominating the recruiting ranking in the Sun Belt. Every year 247 ranks the coaches based on who they got to campus. Take a look...

App has the top 2, and 6 of the top 7. That is amazing.

Not a single Coastal coach on that list. Lots of Georgia State guys filling out rankings after all the App guys up top. Interesting thing is that only 4 schools even have coaches listed in that top 24 with App having 10, Georgia State having 8, South Alabama with 4 and ULL with 2.

What is interesting is Coastal has the second rated class behind us, so how they have no one in the top 25 is a head scratcher.
Double interesting is Texas State signed ONE highschool player in the early period. ONE! They do have a load of transfers coming in but still, one highschool player.

My guess is TX State wants help fast, and is getting transfers and working the portal for short-term progress.
