Not sure if this has been covered...but the new Paciolan version of the AppStateSports.com site is up and running. You should have received an email. Super easy activating your account. New site looks clean, easy to navigate, functions well.

Also I did not know until today but we can already renew season tickets!!!!! which I did. Always love that, always a happy feeling. No other situation would usually cause hundreds of dollars coming out of my bank account to make me feel good lol............... App vs. ECU tickets available too to put a seat deposit on

When I try to calculate yosef club paymensts, it is giving me an error. Anyone else?

On the new Paciolan site did you have to sign up like you are a New Account? I was a little confused when following the link from the email. The info it asked for was not the info included in the email.

I got the email, clicked on the link but it wouldnt take my userid and password. Asked me for my email address which I gave them, the SAME one they emailed and it said invalid. Looks like I'll be calling the ticket office tomorrow.

appstate5 - go link it first and it will prompt you to update your password. use your ID and Pin. it worked for me and i was able to sign in.

Anyone know why the cost of parking doesn't show anything? I've got my same seats as last year but in the parking section I'm just putting in my top 3 locations I wanna park at. I know that's tied to Yosef donation level but wasn't sure how it worked with this new service.

Linked my account. Raised my Yosef Club amount. Renewed tickets and put down a deposit for ECU. Easy as pie. Now I’m giddy for App State Football.

I went back to the email they sent later this afternoon and the link worked. When it took me to their site my Account info was already filled in and it was simple to update my info. This was not working when I tried earlier today. If it doesn't work...I recommend logging out of your email and logging back in and going back to the email they sent. At least that is what worked for me.

Parking is a benefit related to Yosef and doesn't have a separate price tag. There's no way to know exactly where we'll fall in the ranking until all the annual giving is tallied up.

Just saw that Y’all got an email about getting season tickets. I’ve been a season ticket/Yosef member forever and didn’t get the email. Has there been some kind of glitch?

Has anyone found out where to see your YC points and ranking on the new sysytem?

At the risk of being called a cheapskate (I will note that I have been a Yosef Club member and season ticket holder since 2008), when I went to the renew season tickets it shows the full season ticket price. I had instructed the ticket office to apply my 2000 season ticket cost to the 2021 season. I also used to receive a senior ticket discount. Has the senior discount been discontinued? Yes I am an Old Hat fellows, but still manage to make the trip from Atlanta for all the home games and many of the away games.

It looks like that being hidden from the experience currently. When your account loads, you can very briefly see several options that go away quickly, one of which is points. I bet that shows up soon, though. They’re probably rolling out functionality in phases.

That worked for me also...the 2nd time.

Going to be a first time season ticket holder. Pledged for 5 years last year as well as my best friend. What is the best way for us to get our tickets together? We need 4 total seats. Is it best for one of us to buy 4 or since we are close in ranking put in a request?

I got mine to work. So, at the risk of sounding stupid, this new Paciolan account is just for ticketing and donations. It's not replacing the existing AppStateSports.com. Correct?

Same here. However, I checked my junk mail and it was in there. Not sure why. None of my App State emails go into junk but this one did.
