A replacement for the Spring tour perhaps.

Was more about the changes to the ticketing system and some changes to the Yosef Club structure.

I’ll listen in Thursday but it seems we are finally rebranding our Athletic Foundation to reflect our name. Yosef Club will still be here but not at the forefront of our branding.

that is correct. I listened in last evening. Did not have video as in the car. I believe it is something like Mountaineers Athletic Fund or something like that.

My number one take-away from the questions asked was that everyone's biggest priority is looking at their own priority points.

How is everyone getting info on these calls? I still haven't seen anything about them. Are they sending emails through Paciolan?

Correct, all this session is intended to be for is to introduce the "Mountaineers Athletic Fund":
There are two sections; The Yosef Club and The Leadership Society.
Yosef stays about the same as it has been. Includes sports specific giving. Yosef Club membership/parking.
Leadership is more for philanthropic gifts of $25K+. Planned giving with no membership towards yosef, but yes you still get priority points.

Just called up the Yosef Club to get info on next zoom meeting. As in the recent past, they had no idea why my email was left off the list.

Don't know why I got it if $25k was involved. Sounds like Yosef is doing some fishing

Yosef Club Board can't get broke new graduates to give $10. Now they're asking people for $25k?
Brilliant!

Don’t get it if you don’t ask.
Fortunately we do have alumni and friends of the university that can give $25k. Would love to be fortunate enough to do so myself one day.

You're right. Won't catch that whale if you don't cast the line. Go get 'em Yosef!

Saint, I get it...I was being sarcastic. Historically, I don't think YC asks often enough for help. App has gotten really good at doing so much with so little. So many of our fans have no idea how badly our athletics programs need more financial support.
Hoping this new deal with Learfield is going to lead to some new strategies and tactics to get more alumni involved and raise more $$$$

Candidly being sarcastic on this subject isn’t helpful.
There are fans that aren’t donors that embrace the idea that the Yosef Club is only for those that can give amounts with a comma in them. Those barriers need to torn down and alumni and friends understand every dollar counts. The Yosef Club has never done a good job reaching volume on donations under $500. That or our fanbase hasn’t answered the bell.
$100, $50, any amount matters and adds up.
I’ll be glad to speak to anyone about what the Yosef Club means to me and the good I’ve seen come from supporting our student athletes.

We need to get former athletes, many who were on scholarship, to join Yosef. I know there are more than 4,000 (current YC estimate). Even $100 each would be $400,000.
