Hot and muggy with a small chance for a shower / storm. The heat index will be ugly; solid mid 90s through the game. Air temp in the upper to mid 80s. But, it's the heat index.

Hydration, hydration, hydration for our guys. Cramping could be a real issue for the team if training staff doesn't stay on the hydration.

Was happy to hear Coach Ponce, on Mountaineer Talk, chat about diet and hydration for the team this week. Since coach P is from MIami, if anyone knows about the importance of diet and hydration, it would be him. Good hands.
