Question about DVRing the APP game

Unread post by WVAPPeer » Thu Nov 04, 2021 4:05 pm

OK - for the APP game this Saturday - I have ESPN+ as a separate entity and I do streaming with Roku/Hulu which has DVR capabilities but I can't find a way to copy the game, on ESPN+ when I click on the game it just says "this event has not yet begun" - no other options
Any suggestions?

I’ve never found a way to DVR ESPN+ games. But they are saved out there to rewatch after the game ends.

If you stream it through a PC there are programs that can record whatever in on your screen.

They're available on ESPN+ afterward.

I use OBS Studio for converting to a file on a PC or laptop. Basically stream the game in full screen and run OBS to grab the screen. Needs a bit of power to do all of this but it can be done. There are other options but OBS is free and open source so the price is right.

Try watching them on Youtube. All our games are out there within a day after playing and the commercials and breaks are already edited out.
