New weekly article. Nowhere near as long as last week's. Looking back at ECU and ahead to Montana.

This Saturday, one thing we need to remember above everything else is that we respect Montana and their fans. Their team, staff and most of their fans will have traveled farther to this game than our remaining home opponents will travel to Boone COMBINED. I don’t know how many Grizos we should expect, but it’d be a safe bet that they bring more than Samford. We should show nothing but love and respect for our visitors. The App fans who traveled to Missoula in 2009 were overwhelmed with hospitality.Following the golden rule should be second nature anyway, but especially in this case it should be first, second and third nature.

I hope everyone will read this. I was there in 2009 and your words are 100%. I'm heading up Friday and planning on doing the same to their fans I run into. This is a great article and really looking forward to this game...

We were in Montana for the playoffs in 2000. Everyone treated us great and thanked us for making the long trip. I hope we will show the same hospitality toward them this weekend. I expect they will turn out in fairly large numbers.

Another great article. Keep up this kind of work and I'll double your salary ;) .

On a serious note, thanks for the contributions, your writing is so much better than mine and it adds a lot to a site like this.

Wow! GREAT ARTICLE! Somebody go over to the Griz message board & invite them to read.

I was at the Dec. 2009 game in Missoula. Great fans, great stadium, great game.

My wife & I plan to drive up to Boone Friday night looking for Griz fans. All we find, we'll try to buy them a beer -- whether they want one or not.

And, we're going to start our tailgate about 10:00 on Sat. Duncan lot, #18.

Y'all come.
