App State with 4 points.

Which preseason top 10 will finish outside the top 25? Last year there were 3; Texas A&M, Iowa State, and UNC.

It's hard to see how Notre Dame can lose three games.

I don't think they lose more than 3 but if USC is as good as people expect they could lose to USC, Clemson, and Ohio State. BYU and UNC perhaps could challenge but I would be surprised if they did. I would love to see Marshall beat them but I don't expect that.

USC, Ohio State, Clemson are my picks ...time will tell...

Young QB and RBs are UNC. I do not believe UNC has firepower on offense...could be wrong...

Surprised to see Wake Forest ranked this high considering the injury to their QB. I wonder if the poll voting was done prior to his injury announcement.

None of us knows for sure. Their QB is suppose to be good and they have recruited well, supposedly. They should be top 25 if they are what the experts have said their talent is. Maybe they aren't. It would not shock me if they go 9-3 or 7-5.

Usually voting is open for a week or so before they announced it so they indeed opened voting before the news. Perhaps they would have been 18-20 range if not for the news but if had happened 3-4 days earlier maybe they would not even be ranked.

Have to think they drop 3 or 4 wins without Hartman on the field. Not sure about the depth behind him, but I think they may not be T-25 without ‘em.

I think Clemson finished in the top ten. They are loaded, may have a better QB than the one that flamed out last year, and the schedule is “doable.” They lost some coaches but replacements are good.

Not sure who the replacement QB is but if he isn’t close to Hartman then I can see that. He is a good one.

A&M, Utah, Michigan, Baylor
(Note: I do not actually know anything about Utah or Baylor.)
