That was personally the most amazing victory I've witnessed in person. Incredible.

My son asked me to rank them, and this is in the mix. Crazy thing is how many of us stood there and believed that we could do something with that situation. Love App Nation

And so many of the fans didn't believe because they left once we missed on the 4th and goal play. Disappointed honestly as we still had a shot. Their loss as they missed that experience.

As soon as Troy took that safety I told my 7 year old “they just gave us the game. App State is going to win this game.” Dang if they didn’t win it only fitting for App State football! 😝

Taking the safety while I kind of understand why they did it but it gave our guys just enough hope to pull that dang thing off. You could feel the air in the crowd change once they pulled the safety. Although it took the full 60 minutes to get the win. Talk about never giving up...Jeez what a ending

It would have made more sense if they were up by 7 or more, but taking a safety and then squib kicking the ball…. Troy learned something today. Glad they did it, haha.

I am so glad I was at the Rock for this game. I have seen so many great App finishes in the media. This one was special. I told everyone around me that this was our endzone, the miracle on the mountain endzone, and sure enough it was. I won't lie, I thought we would drive and get a field goal with the limited time we had, and when it got to 4th down, and 2 seconds remaining I was nervous. Then Chase threw the ball, we tipped it, caught it, got a big block and scored the winning TD as time expired. The students rushed the field and didn't leave until they were forced to by emergency services. I hope those injured are ok and nothing serious. What a win!!!!!!!

I'm sure at least a few of them are the same "fans" who left with 2:00 to go in the 3rd week 1.

I'm watching the A&M v U game. Not only has App been mentioned repeatedly during the game but at the half our finish was shown and discussed. One of the halftime guys said that there isn't a more exciting team in the country. I know that in 2007 we definitely got some airtime but not even close to what has happened since last Saturday. Just imagine if we had lost to A&M. The miracle today would have been shown but no Game Day and not even close to the national pub that we have seen.

I was at the game. I am sure some left early but it wasn't a large number that was noticeable. The vast majority stayed to the end and watched a great victory.

They didn't learn their lesson after UNC, although we lost it was still an amazing game and comeback.

Look we won the game, but take your rose colored glasses off. Our CBs got exposed today. They looked slow and got burned. They were able to pass the ball all day. The zone d just wasn’t working with no pressure. We showed that we can get to him if we bring an extra guy. The offense also struggled. We were pushed around at the line a lot today. We were lucky and we pulled it out, so let’s hope we can tighten up the coverage.

On a side note, from my seat a few of the pi calls were bull. The face mask happened in front of me and the dudes helmet came off from getting sandwiched. I could have missed it but didn’t see the face mask. Survive and advance. On to the next one!

I was watching. App got a lot of love from the ESPN halftime guys!

GO APPNATION!!!

But on a side note and to my amazement besides all the obvious.....I am dumbfounded as to why we didn't have ...or this site isn't indicating ....record breaking traffic today on this site.....I guess social media such as FB, Twitter and the like has raced past the ol Yosefs Cabin.
KICK ASS!!!

Man, I can’t blame those that left. This game should have been over. This was a legitimate miracle and nobody could tell me otherwise.

When Troy took the safety, I told my wife it will take a miracle and that is what we got!

Not only the miracle on the mountain, but also same end zone that app forced JMU fumble on to win a playoff game in our later FCS days!

Just looked it up: 2007 playoffs 1st rd. All JMU had to do when kick a chip shot FG but fumbled on a run inside 5yd line
