Appalachian has done a really good job of not looking like anyone else but Appalachian. It is all about that pin stripe around the numbers. No one else does that except Appalachian. It is all about the details.

That is why Appalachian has won so consistently over the years. Appalachian has the kind of record most schools would kill for and for Appalachian a 10 win season is a down year.

Think about this, everyone believed we would be 2-2 at this point in the season. No one could have imagined that we would be 2-2 this way.

And, you don't have to watch the reveal. Just show at the game and be surprised.....

I love the SBC Graduate patch. It's a nice detail that the Sun Belt has added for those who have already earned degrees.

Think the kids/players love the different uni's and reveals. I look forward to seeing what the video dept. comes up with. It also adds to our presence online and in social media so that lifts App State so it's all good. Not a huge fan of this particular uni though.

While I can't say I love to gold/gold look, it's a smart call for a game where conditions and visibility could be affected, especially in the passing game. Brighter colors equal better visibility downfield.

Glad you said it, he’s certainly been a roll lately. Looks to be complaining every chance he gets. Hate to bust his bubble but, people love the uniform reveals. There’s a reason almost EVERY school does them now.

I’ll always prefer all black, but I do love the golds as well, especially for a dark rainy game.

Glad they got rid of the helmet stripes. I thought it was a cool look, but we haven't performed well with them.

I'm not wild about the all yellow, but they're the Apps so I'm good with whatever they're wearing. They aren't doing this for me. I'm amazed though that, apparently no thread is immune from the whining of those who feel personally let down by last week's loss. It's getting pretty tiresome.

The uniform stuff is a big deal for players and they really get into their look. I doubt that a good portion of the extra stuff some guys wear in games helps but it looks cool. If some folks had their way it would be all black every game and the same intro music forever. Times do change my friends

Love our Nike gear, it looks great....love the branding....I especially love the reveals and look forward to them (the male sports fan "what are they wearing" red carpet equivalent lol)...I get that we have to make Nike happy for the $$...I know recruits love it....99% of the time I love all of it......but gold on gold is just hideous. This uniform scheme is awful. If they want to wear the gold jerseys go black/gold/black.......and please, never again grey.
