I apologize in advance if this has already been mentioned somewhere else, but did Cooper Hodges ever declare for the draft? Or is he returning for a final year?

Pretty sure that he has chosen not to return.

He is not taking the COVID waiver so he is in the 2023 draft. Cooper is playing in the NFLPA Bowl as well.

He will not be on the NFL early entry list when they release later this week though because he only has another year if he were to take the COVID waiver.

As I mentioned yesterday, they have formally announced Hodges. It happened almost 2 weeks ago or so officially but games don't always release a name the day they commit.
