The real uni reveal

As it should be at the Rock. Every Saturday at the Rock is still Black Saturday in my eyes.

That's not screenshots of the uni reveal... That's from the new entrance video and has nothing to do with the uniforms..

Wouldn’t you still expect black unis? GWU typically wears white during away games.

I could see us wearing white based on Shawn’s “item of the game” but I would bet on black.

Black, Black, Gold with white Block A top to bottom. AKA Hail Mary uniform combo lol

The coaches do not wear the same color as the players for the purpose of being identifiable on the sidelines.

The new intro video was pretty slick, any idea if that will be shared?

I would like to point out, once again, that many people are not happy with App’s performance this past weekend. Once again, App wore helmet stripes. I’m tellin’ y’all, there’s a correlation.

Agree 100%. After re-watching the game. The extra weight of the helmet stripes are slowing us down.

I agree - don't like the helmet stripes - a single black stripe on the white helmet is fine - black - no stripes

Finally, someone who gets it!

Seriously though, I have wondered if the helmet stripes maybe increase visibility of defensive players for the QB. This is obviously anecdotal, but I really do feel like App plays worse defense in games they have helmet stripes. And just to prove I'm not insane, there was a whole episode of ESPN sports science about uniform effects. For instance, Oregon's jersey numbers are slightly slanted up to make the players appear faster.
