For those who think other teams will pound us running the ball how about who is going to slow us down? We are well balanced and will put up some serious stats.

People are going to pound us running. We are down 3 Nose Tackles and are missing our typical Mike backers. Clearly evident tonight. Some are just blocking dummies. Just have to outscore people.

Every run counts but take out the 68 yarder and it was pretty close as far as yards per carry. Are we as least as good or better than South Carolina? College offenses can put up big numbers. Sometimes you have to score 35 and give up 28.

Maye isn’t close to being the best qb in the country, regardless of what Tim Hasslebeck says 100 times a broadcast. He’s good, but I wouldn’t pick him in the top 10 of the draft.

Awful take. He was phenomenal tonight. Hell I would be comfortable arguing that if UNC had any other college QB tonight except maybe Caleb Williams tonight we win by double digits. He has insane pocket presence and ability to keep plays alive. One of the best QB talents in some time. Insane to act like he wasn’t incredible tonight

One loss to an above average P5 team and away game is not determining his fate that is for sure..we shall all see how that season plays out...on to EasyU.

Super proud of this team! UNC is legit good...and we were right there with em...loved our play calling...coaches were great...defense has improved.. Maye is best QB in the nation...and our was great tonight too...hopefully we can continue to improve...this does not feel like a 6-6 type team

Caleb Williams may disagree with this post.

Caleb Williams while as great as he is, I personally feel is a system QB. Which doesn't always translate to the NFL, as has been the case with many Heisman winning QBs.

I'd say at the level Caleb Williams is the best QB in the nation, but often times the "analyst" look at the abilities and features a player can bring at the next level when making those projections. Can they be wrong? Absolutely, but someone has to fill the air time when Stephen A Smith isn't talking. Which isn't often.

In week 1 I watched Williams pick up a fumbled ball and launch a 60 yard pass that hit his receiver dead on the run.

He may well be a system qb and he’s more cocky than I like, but he’s absolutely legit.

Good news about the run defensive woes is it was mainly over pursuit. That's an easy fix.

Our guys played their tails off. Coaches had a hell of a game plan. Players executed to perfection.

Noel was a 1/4 step from breaking one so many times. This team has a lot to prove still, but they can be special.
