It’s not wrong. Happy with the win and we did what we needed to do, but that rain made it ugly.

And this one was a good ugly win.

How much did App get for winning this game? How much do we take home?

Last year the payout was $573K per team, but I'm not sure how we split the money within the conference.

We’ve had cold , wet and snowy but I don’t ever remember a sloppier miserable game than this one. The 27 fumbles … I can’t imagine holding on to that ball in the mud ,paint and rain. Even with all that we were better than them clearly.

The amazing thing was that Joey threw the ball like it was a calm sunny day. No idea how he did that. Miamis QB had a hard time holding onto the ball. Does Aguilar have large hands? That could explain why he found it easier to hold onto the ball. Anyone know?

I'm most impressed with the catches the receivers made. Now....there were a couple games, one in particular, I think Joey had two or more fumbles on handoffs. So it's obviously something he's got to really work on. I don't think those were to Noel so it actually may be a running back issue.

Was at the game, just got showered and cleaned up. Haven’t read through all the comments, but there is no way to describe how hard it rained ALL game long. That being said, I’ve been to every bowl game except the Dollar General Bowl, and that was about as much fun as I’ve had a bowl game. Once you accepted the fact that you were going to be water-logged it was a blast. The guys left EVERYTHING on that field. What a battle! Joey, Anderson K-Rob, the Defense! So proud of this team and these coaches. Next year is going to be a movie…CANT WAIT!

GO APPS!!

Hope K-Rob stays. He’s busted out on the scene this year. Been my favorite player. Retiring my 14 jersey. If K-Rob stays, I’m getting #2.

Great weekend! Won bowl! Extended basketball winning streak to 8! Got a transitive property win over the Tar Heels by over 30 points! Maybe Eric Church messed his pants?

Looks like the team will land in Hickory around 12:30am given that they got off the ground at 11:00pm

Team might be grounded for a while. Can’t take off in the storm and if they wait, that same storm will be in Hickory tomorrow. Time to visit the theme parks and ride the storm out.

Let 20 schools form their own semi pro league and let the other 110 play real college football with good conferences, nice regional rivalries and then an 8 team playoff.
This is exactly what I hope evolves.

The boys are out of the soup and inbound for Hickory.

If it does evolve this way I think the 20 “semi pro” teams are going to be very surprised by how many folks migrate over to watching and going to the regional games.
