Looking like anything that floats...
We'll probably keep it simple because of the weather.. thinking about beer brats, Mac n cheese, and baked beans. Make them all in crock pots starting Friday night. Pack the Blackstone in case they need to be heated up. Quick, simple, delicious, and quick cleanup!

But in all seriousness, it's because with all of the rain Thursday into Friday, we cannot come up until Saturday morning. Well know Boone is prone to flooding and with an expected up to 10 inches of rain, main roads will likely be impacted.
A bigger spread requires more prep at "home" morning of. We won't have that luxury.
