Can someone please clarify a few things about SC's contract status. Maybe I should know all of this but...
His buyout drops to 500K on 12-2 How much longer is his current deal for after that?
If we don't cut ties with him after this season would we have to offer an extension or renegotiate anything?
Does his current deal guarantee pay increases going forward regardless of performance?
If he stays and assistant coaches such as coordinators are released, what are their buyouts?
In other words what are the potential scenarios and how do they effect us financially?
In advance, I know this info can be found in his contract in public records. Thank you.
We are in need of someone to take over the maintenance of the MMB. Yosef has done it for a long time, and we are grateful for all he has done, but life happens and he no longer has the time to devote to its upkeep. If anyone here is interested in helping to keep the board running, please let me know via DM.

I’ll answer what I can which may not be all of it.
- Contract goes through the 2026 season. The next buyout figure is $250k after 12/31/25.
- We technically don’t have to negotiate anything this offseason if we keep him but he would be under contract for 2 more seasons.
- Every assistant coach has an expiring contract this year. The coordinators are in the second year of their original 2 year deal. No buyouts for them.

Current contract expires 2026. He still has 2 years so we would not have to offer an extension or renegotiate this year to keep recruits happy.
Only bonuses going forward for performance based increases in current contract.
Coordinators are on year 2 of their 2 year contract. All other coaches are on 1 year deals.
