I know there’s a couple different forums already posted, but often times those forums get filled with side conversations that understandably happen cause of the lack of news.

i’d just like to have a forum that purely focuses on updates to the staff and Roster, and any other information about potential players and coaches, I know as of right know we have the following::

He had a down year but I think we are going to find out if it was really on him or possibly coaching or what. Even if he blows it up at UCLA it does not take away the struggles at App but for him he is lucky to get this extra year to make those corrections.

There is a theory that we didn’t put him in a position to be successful this season, spotting everyone 14 points in the first quarter was a huge issue. Then compile that with aggressive situational play calling.

UCLA I’m sure reviewed tape and appears to have a similar assessment. Guy can make NFL type throws I.e. the far sideline throw in the flat better than any App QB ever.

Joey’s 2 yr totals 6760 yards 56 tds and 24 interceptions… he was certainly an asset to our team. I’m glad he got his bag. It will be fun seeing him on a bigger stage. While looking at stats, found that Nate Noel ended up 5th in the SEC for rushing at 804 yds and 5.1. per carry and Jalen McLeod was tied for 1st in TFLs with 14 and 5th in Sacks with 8.0.. they both were very productive in football’s best conference.

This is an unexpected bonus for Joey. I’m glad to see him make the most of it. I’m sure he had conversations with D Lo, and he made his decision in part based on those. I wish him the best.

Looks to be a good pickup. Played in the league and has 12 years of NFL experience as an assistant coach prior to college. Seems to fit the bill for DLO.

Doesn't seem to stick around anywhere very long, but nowadays neither do players. Interested to see how it plays out. He has a wealth of experience across all levels.

The “Beck Experiment” is sputtering down in Conway…shocker.

It wouldn’t hurt my feelings to see some of their studs follow Fuller up the mountain.

Fair point…I suspect there’s more to the story. Could be he had younger kids then and wanted to spend more time with them?

But I have faith in DLO to bring in the right people. I’m sure we’ll learn more soon.

I'll also add this little snippet as a wow factor.....
"He coached pros such as Josh Norman, James Bradberry, Budda Baker, Mike Adams (safety), Charles Woodson, Cortland Finnegan, Colin Jones (American football), Jason McCourty, Patrick Peterson, Captain Munnerlyn, and Michael Griffin (American football)."

That's a pretty good bunch of players.

MP was good when he was there but they had Drake Maye and several NFL player kids that all grew up playing together including Mushin Muhammad’s son and several of Dre Bly’s sons. He was head coach one season and they had to forfeit that season.

Be cautious of these NFL back to college hires, Robert Nunn was one that didn't work out under #TeamClark, Dale Jones wanted to hire him, they were friends from years ago.

Nunn was always focused on getting back into the NFL, wanted his retirement pension, needed 1 year. He struggled with college recruiting and mentoring time with college players. In the pros everyone shows up to work and does their job and goes on about their way, college is 24/7 365.

I think the NFL knows this and puts hiring freezes on a lot of these 10-15 year coaches to avoid that pension payments.

The new staff salary pool will be something to see, what is DG giving CDL to work with, obviously way more than the previous coaches had.

Should be interesting.
