I have had it with this Mickey Mouse video. Four years of excuses and trash product. I am canceling my subscription. It is absurd. It's embarrassing. It's inexcusable.

There was nothing wrong with the video feed, that really was our team.

I could barely hear the audio, pretty good video.

Our football team and coaching staff are not the only problems we have.
This video and audio crap has been going on for years.
Can only imagine the reasons we get no changes with all the problems we
have had. Even though the audio was terrible tonight, got to admit the picture was good, except they rather show us some stupid graphic when they need to be showing us the team getting ready for the next play.

I submitted a ticket within minutes of the game starting, but nothing changed. What is odd is that the audio in the audio feed was good and of a correct volume. The same audio with the video feed was a whisper. My sub is up in about two weeks. I have been subscribing 06 or 07. I know I was trying to show my dad a game online when he was visiting one Saturday and he passed away in 08. Long time customer, and I may not renew. $70 is not a bad deal for 5 FB and basketball and baseball and some other sports I watch as I have time, but I am getting tired of the problems.

I never did hear back about the last NeuLion problem where the comment was made that ASU was looking into some sort of something to give back to the customers.

Video was good quality.
This is my very generic signature added to each post.

I heard back and all they did was extend my subscription by 30 days. Not sure if that is a reward or a punishment.
