Wanted to see who all is on there and what your thoughts were. good? Worth it? Rivals site has really fallen off.

been thinking about making the move from Rivals to AppNation 247, the big problem seems to be the cancellation process, people put on hold for over 20 minutes

I made the switch a while back. Absolutely worth if you like recruiting.

I will likely make the switch as well. Rivals is not nearly as good as it once was and now days very slow in reporting new info. My card they have on file has expired so no issue with renewal.

I recent cancelled my Rivals subscription, although I'm still a member until January 31, since they don't prorate cancellations. I'm rarely there, and the info just isn't as good as it once was. I hate it, because Brian seemed like an awesome guy with a great love for App athletics. It's just too hard to try to do 3 things at once, and do them all well. I don't know if I'll join 247, $9/mo is a lot for the return.

I'm doing the free trial at 247 and it is head and shoulders above the Rivals site. They have 3-4 guys covering vs the 1 at Rivals and they are active on the board.

I plan on canceling my Rivals sub here soon

Don't bet on it. If you have the same card, they'll just keep renewing. I looked at my file, and my credit card on file expired in 2009 but I'm still a member and still getting charged.

I'm also planning to give AppNation 247 a try after the holidays. I access the site periodically now but can't read much yet. Glad to have a good recruiting site once again. I subscribed to Rivals for awhile but left about a year ago when it started to slip.

Thanks for your interest in our site! We're definitely doing our best over there and I hope you guys come check it out. 247 has a 30 day free trial thing going on right now and with signing day coming up there's really no better time to try it.
