Don't understand. Didn't Tanyi transfer to Colorado State? Are they not an FBS team?
Doesn't a football player have to sit out one year when transferring from an FCS to an FBS team?

He graduated. Once a player does that, if they still have eligibility left, they can transfer and play immediately.
