Parking for Citadel game

Unread post by BrownHP800 » Tue Sep 11, 2012 12:41 pm

I know there are tons of posts about parking, this is a little different.

We are coming up for the game this Saturday but we are going to be a little late. My youngest has a game in Mooresville at 12:30 and we are going to leave for Boone right after. Probably the earliest we can make it is 3:15-3:30. So my question is where is a good place to park for a late arrival? I don't mind paying to park that is not a problem. We can take the AppalCart if needed too although I prefer not to.

Any suggestions is greatly appreciated.

Just to bump this thread up. But any tips for late arrival parking?

Is there a good place out of town a bit to park and take the appalcart in?

May just want to drive through and see if anyone had to leave one of the church parking lots or the services building on King St (TN side of town). Maybe the mall? Not sure if the mall is still a normal parking place.

We turn on rivers st ... Pass the stadium, athletic center, everything... Eventually there is a building/parking lot on the right...free parking and apple cart!

I'm not sure. I think it may be. The shuttle drops us off right beside the band building and it's a short walk to the stadium

Yes, that's the social services lot.
