Wouldn't be totally shocked if this was 100% written by Jamal and his idea.
That's not a knock AT ALL on the others... this just wreaks of Jamal.

This word has already been used, but wow, that is too cool. Wish I could be there this weekend.

Hello APP74! How is going?App74 wrote:Wow. What a statement of class and character. Makes me even more proud to be a fan.
Excellent and classy acknowledgement from our team thanking for the great support on Saturday! This is an example what a football program should be about, as opposed to to some recent unfortunate events. I think The Citadel has our team's attention. The Bulldogs ruined their chances of a win in Boone when the beat the Gumroots, imo.

I personally think this speaks volumes of the new attitude and chemistry that this team is now showing. Quite a change from the past couple of years. I think there is a lot of credit to go around and the captains are proving what we've all seen and hoped for. The thing about being down is there is nowhere to go but up and I believe we are seeing the climb. Kudos!!!

Great stuff! I am loving this team more and more all the time. Plus, it was right on. Nobody has a stronger student section than we do in FCS and, I would say a large portion of FBS as well. It's great to see the players recognize that.

Re: Letter from the captains to students:
What a great way to reinforce what the students did last week! It doesn't really matter if the captains were encouraged to do this by a coach or did it because one player or another thought it was a good idea or if the captains got together and dreamed it up on their own. It does matter that this letter was actually written. It's feeling more and more like 2005 ...

As an APP fan you really have to love the new attitude, effort and class that you see from our team on and off the field. It takes leadership to build character and a good team and I think we have both!

Re: Letter from the captains to students:
This is an awesome gesture by the players. I was watching the replay and the crowd definitely had an effect on Montana's OL in the 2nd half when their LG was called for false start. When the camera focused in on him, you could see him pointing to his helmet saying he couldn't hear. Bring that same energy again this weekend!
