ASU / CIT Weather Trends...

Unread post by WXAPP » Wed Sep 12, 2012 12:26 pm

***FRIDAY UPDATE*****

Will pepper in a few more clouds, at times, and bring in a slight chance for a shower, although, the better zone appears south of Boone. Can't rule one out. Overall, should not be a "soaking" if one does develop. So, have at it, Overall, still expecting a good Game Day experience!

Weather trends for the big game Saturday are pushing the mid to high end of the "APPTASTIC" meter.

- Early tailgate temps - Upper 50s

- Noon temps - Mid 60s

- Kick off temps - Mid to lower 70s

- End of game temps - Upper 60s

Mix of clouds, with sunshine. There is a miniscule chance for a pop up shower (model trends have been back tracking from that concept the last few runs.)

This should be the sort of "APPcceptable" weather, for one of the best game day experiences in the country, that any Mountaineer fan likes to have as we support our team for what will be another tough game at THE ROCK!

DAMN PROUD TO BE A MOUNTAINEER!

We'll see how it goes. Front dropping through, but looks like moisture will be well south, Asheville zone. Get a final handle on it Friday.. will update then...
