Not that I know of, but if I had to guess, I'd say August 16th.

According to appstatesports.com, this year's Fan Fest will not include a scrimmage.
"Due to a change in their preseason practice routine as the Mountaineers prepare for their inaugural season in the Sun Belt Conference and NCAA Division I FBS, including the much-anticipated opener at Michigan, this year’s Fan Fest will not include an intrasquad scrimmage."
The news comes in the second-to-last paragraph of the news release. Talk about burying the lead ...!
