To be eligible you must include your Name, Address, Email and phone number. Deadline for entry is 5pm Tuesday September 18th. The add is on page 24 of the Sept 14-20 Herald Weekly. In the fine print it says "winner must pick up tickets from Lake Norman Publications to gain entry into the game"
