After taking a look at the depth chart, one thing jumps off of the page at you - YOUTH . If I calculated correctly, it looks like on Offense, we have the following breakdown : 8 Freshmen, 5 Sophomores, 7 Juniors, and 2 Seniors. On Defense, we have 4 Freshmen, 8 Sophomores, 7 Juniors, and 3 Seniors. I also noted that a couple of the seniors listed on the 2 deep will have a real battle on their hands heading into fall camp. Looks like lots of talent is being accumulated on both sides and this young 2 deep will allow us to accumulate lots of experience over the season.

Youth, yes, but finally we have a decent two deep and 3's in some spots.

With Sr's fighting to keep their starting spot, that might show the difference between the FCS recruits vs FBS recruits. Meaning the guys coming in are a lot better than what we have had in the past.
