We're not any better off here in Boone. Guess it's time to start looking into buying the game from the CUSA site or something else.

That's not right that you can't get the game in North Carolina. I have it here in Florida (Tampa area).

no. ESPN would have to buy the rights from the American Sports Network

basically, the best option for those of us in the CLT area is to find a place that has satellite. this is from the appstatesports.com article on the TV coverage

My DirecTV guide online is showing Channel 628 NSN+HD as broadcasting the game at 7:00 PM. It indicates it's on TV so I plan on checking it out. If not then it's Juice, DJ, and Brownie on the WKBC!

I can call and confirm but I would be shocked if Angry Ales wasn't steaming the AppStateSports broadcast or better. It's THE App bar in south Charlotte.

MyTV 55 in Charlotte is showing "TBA" for Saturday at 7pm. Hopefully they will take the lead from the other MyTV stations in NC and show the game. Maybe some emails could help persuade them??

Am always concerned about bars saying they are going to carry something then when you arrange to go and get there they claiming some technical problem or just that they were mistaken.

Harvey's is owned by App Alums and they said they are having a special event for Alums and others with appstate businesses. I have viewed several games there in the past.

I know, I have been there myself. Just concerned that some of the bars may say they are going to have it without making sure they can get it.
