I will offer the applause that Jerry Moore is most definitely worthy of but after that I want to see Satt and his team win their first Sun Belt game. Doubt Coach Moore even sticks around for the game. Go App!

I don't feel sorry for Coach Moore. I believe what the actual records show. He has chosen the path he is currently going down. It's great to forgive and forget but let's not go too far. If he had been given free reign we might be saying lets give our support to Coach Chris Moore. sorry to stir the cesspool but just wanted to throw some reality into the discussion.

It never hurts to be gracious and humble.

Coach Moore isn't perfect but he helped create something everyone on this board loves.

The important thing to note here is that no one knows all the details of what happened.

I'm more than willing to let it go and will give Jerry all the honor he deserves BUT he needs to let it go too and not keep talking about his version of what happened. He deserves what we're doing This Sat. Thanks Jerry and hope we can win. A loss this week spells a long season and Liberty ain't no gimme the way we screw up. Hopefully we'll see a team this week that has eliminated all the stupid stuff.

From the tenor of one or two of the last posts, the divide is evident on this board. It's a double standard. We want Coach Moore to move on but some on here won't let go.

NewAPP if you are referring to my post you didn't read it. I am willing to let all this be a thing of the past but Jerry needs to put it behind him too and not keep giving the media his version. Jerry is a friend and he deserves this honor but Scott and the program deserve his full support too!

You sure showed your friendship in the other thread with your sarcastic remarks about naming nearly everything after him.
FWIW, I was mostly referring to appbio's post on what was supposed to be a positive thread.

That was in response to that comment that anything less than renaming the stadium would be unacceptable. That was a comment that required an equally over the top response, IMHO.

It needed stirring. The pressure beneath the surface was building. It would have been very stinky if we had left it to turn over on its own. BTW thanks for fixing my cess pool spelling, missed the space bar on my S3 screen.
