What would you do as Coach?

I guess that I am tired of the back and forth of the 2 sides. you are not going to see what I see and I will not do the same. So in light of that, I thought I would start a thread for us to give real thoughts as to remedy the situation.
Mine-
1. If there is anyone who is a red-shirt and can contribute on defense, then burn the shirt immediately and get them on the field. It cannot be worse.
2.Our Backs need to be carrying a FB under thier arm where ever they go all week. To class, to study hall, to the cafeteria or the Bathroom. Learn how to hold onto the FB, it is gold. respect the FB.
3. Demand from my DC that he bring some sort of pressure and play press on the line of scrimmage. We must pressure the QB and get rid of the cushion on the sides. We have made the last 2 qb's who came in look like NFL players because of no pressure. How did we get man coverage on #8? SHould have doubled him from the time he stepped off the bus.
4. Hold open campus tryouts, including both soccer teams, for a kicker. Just need to make about 35 yards, oh yeah and xp's as well.
