Glad to have all these guys back, but really don't think it would have mattered against The Citadel.

We 'may' have been able to stretch the field a bit more with Price on the field on offense.

In regards to the D last week. I was listening to Steve Logan yesterday here in Raleigh on the Fan (he's great, btw). He said in regards to the triple option - when you have people on defense who leave their assignment to try and go for the tackle or big hit when they are supposed 'key' on a specific player (pitch man for example) you will lose everytime. He said ECU used to practice against the scout team when prepping for t.o. WITHOUT the football so that everyone learned their individual assignments.

Kind of consistent with Brownie's comments on Mountaineer talk on Thursday - he said he felt like 1 or 2 guys were not dialed in to their assignments on virtually every play. That's where I still scratch my head. I get being youth being lost - but no half time adjustment.
