Might be replacing former App OL Jeff Dillman in that role...but not sure if this means Dillman is out, or if they serve different roles.

Either way - good to see another former App guy getting a gig like this! We definitely have done well in this area...another former App S&C Coach, Tommy Hoke, is the Associate Head Coach of S&C at Michigan State.

This from Football Scoop:
Florida: Per source, director of strength & conditioning Jeff Dillman will not be retained. Expect Colorado State strength coach Mike Kent to be hired at Florida is what we are told.

Wonder if Dillman will follow Muschamp to Auburn?

Either way - I don't think he'll be out of work long. Dude has a big time pedigree.
