With the VT connection, every team in FBS can claim a transitive property National Championship this year. Even Georgia State. Their one win was versus Abilene Christian, who bear Central Arkansas, who beat Northwestern State, who beat Louisiana Tech, who beat Louisiana-Lafayette, who beat ULM, who beat Wake Forest, who beat Virginia Tech, who beat Ohio State.
