Interesting, thanks for posting. ULL and A-State both rank in the 90s as well.
Don't know how much predictive value this stat has (though he does offer some anecdotal evidence in the intro), but at the least you would expect ODU and Wyoming to struggle, since both defenses were already pretty bad last year. Hopefully we light up quite a few of those teams.

I think Phil needs to add a "reload" factor. The teams like Alabama who lose guys to the pros just drop in another All American.
