Does the board know if the Howard band will be in the ROCK Saturday?

KOOL. Makes me want to be there in person even more. African-American bands are quite enjoyable to watch, although I don't think they will have the full flavor of say, an AT&T band.

Howard is not as good as A&T but will still put on a show. Howard is more of a Carlton Banks type school, while A&T NCCU, are more of the cool Will Smith type.
