Kicking game?

I saw a complete turn around from last year. Seven extra points ,eight kickoffs deep or out of end zone, and great coverage. Who had kickoff duty?

Totally agree, Zach seems dialed in. Let's see how how things go when we get some pressure on PATs and Field Goals.

Too early. We'll know a lot more after next week.

I agree about it being too early to tell. Making extra points should be automatic.

I do like the fact that he was kicking it out of the end zone on kick offs.

Kicking game looked solid so far.
It's the return game I'm worried about. We can't just let the ball go over our head every time if the kick looks like it's going to land inside the 30.

To be fair that Howard punter might be the best punter of all time, at least his first few boots.

After the one touchdown with te Howard penalty tacked on, Matics kicked off from the 50. Usually those are booted out of the endzone. However this was directionally kicked to the corner and the return man didn't get to the 20. That was well done.

And a bit of advice for Howard's return man. Learn how to signal fair catch for your own well being.

Really liked our pursuit to the ball on the Bentlee Critcher punt toward the end of the 1st Qtr. Jaquil Capel, #16 laid a crushing hit on the Howard punt receiver.
