For those of you in the know...what can you tell the rest of us?
How's Simms McElfresh?
Any OL or DL injuries?
How's Rickey Ferguson after the Howard game?

Capel got hurt on a kickoff return from blocking. He didn't return after that. The said on the radio that McElfresh was in a walking boot, but no crutches.

Hopefully we will get some updates this week, but good news is the guys have 2 weeks.

Capel was dangerous on returns. Clemson guys sitting near us commented couple times about him.

Also, when is McGuire back?

And is Letman out too? Looked forward to his size coming in as a juco.

whenever Satt says so. Suspensions are at coaches discretion. We don't know know what he did.

Simms told one of the guys in our bunch that he has a high ankle sprain. That can mean a couple of weeks ... or more. I'm sure he'll be well cared for as will all the guys.

David Jackson will probably be able to update us on injuries during his "Mountaineer Talk" program on Tuesday evening--7:00-8:00 PM on 97.3 WKBC-FM and on GoAppState.com. Or for those lucky enough to live in The High Country--live from The Rock Sports Bar & Grill.

Just for the record, McGuire was NOT dressed for Howard... He had on his jersey and black sweatpants. Also, I do hope Capel is OK---He gave a much needed spark to our return game---lots of promise there.

No doubt about Capel his return game is solid, I also expect to see him break some WR duties wide open too as the season progresses.

McGuire and Letman will certainly cause problems for the remainder of teams on our schedule, would have helped at Clemson
