DAMN PROUD TO BE A MOUNTAINEER!

Wow... solid performance by our Mountaineers today! Defense, looked awesome. Offense found it's footing and Lamb got his confidence back. I was impressed. Wyoming will be a test.

Today.. however.. DAMN PROUD TO BE A MOUNTAINEER!

took ODU and CUSA to the woodshed today! TV announcer said Lamb had a QB rating of 261. Wow! Never heard one that high

Loved the way or backs and O Line gashed 'em today!

Taylor didnt get his confidence back, he's just not playing Clemson. He's a damn good QB at our level.

Did you hear the one announcer say we had moved to Division I? Guess he didn't know we had moved from FCS to FBS within the samedivision.

Am proud. But shocked it wasn't a decently close game.

Definitely a first class beatdown. ODU had some tough breaks but even without them they simply got outplayed. We played them much tougher than NCSU did at their own place. Hopefully we can carry this momentum into next week.

Awesome display of App dominance. Wyoming is 0-4, let's make them 0-5. Go Apps!

Oct. 22 when GS heads up to Boone should be one heck of a game.
Our front 7 has to be one of the top tier groups in the nation, and our S&C and depth at skill positions really shows.

Wyoming better be prepared next weekend. I'm sniffing another shutout.

The defense today was awesome and the offense looked pretty darn good too. It looks like App goes at least 4 deep at RB too.

Bobo said that on film, ODU avoided getting hit and the plan was to smack them in the mouth. They didn't quit like Georgia State last year in the snow, but they were rattled.

Love the Bobo quote above, T-Dog. As we were leaving, multiple ODU fans commented on the size and dominance of our OLine and DLine. At times the OLine tipped their play with moving B Nunn to the left side when wanting to run in that direction, but if you know it's coming and can't stop it, that's on you. Great win and great showing from the traveling App fans, considering the weather.

Their OL is actually bigger (on paper), but they reminded me of a MEAC line. Big but all fat. Our DL and OLB just ran right by them most of the game especially on the edge.

What a total team effort!!! Taylor's passes were "on the money"! All 4 RBs consistently gained yards after initial contact. OL & front 7 on Defense were APPsolutely dominant!!! Future still bright! Lots of tough games ahead. Gotta take care of business at Home next weekend!!! Should be a rowdy crowd!!!
