How do I get more information about what's going on in the Yosef Room? This is the 1st year I've been eligible for it and tomorrow seems like a good time to take advantage of it. Are there more details somewhere about the times and such? Thanks.

YOSEF HOSPITALITY ROOM

Yosef Club members at the Chancellor’s level and above are invited to enjoy refreshments and festivities before home football games and select home basketball games. Members are issued hospitality passes for admission, and may bring 2 guests per membership card.

At football games, the Yosef Club Hospitality Room is located in the Quinn Center next to Kidd Brewer Stadium. There refreshments will be served 2.5 hours prior to the game until 45 minutes prior to kickoff.

At basketball games, the Yosef Club Hospitality Room is located on the court behind the basket on a raised platform. Chancellor’s level and above members may enter the Holmes Convocation Center at the “Media Entrance” located between the NW and SW entrances with a ticket and Yosef Club Hospitality Room club card or may enter the building at a normal entrance and walk down to the hospitality room entrance.

Usually the weekly "menu" is noted in the email that comes out for each football game. Since the YC hospitality is in the Quinn, there are places for younger kids to run around safely without worrying about cars and such.

I get an email before every game. It has a link to Gameday Central (http://www.appstatesports.com/ViewArtic ... =210303201) as well as details on YC hospitality room, any changes for the week, etc. I believe the email comes through Neulion, though I wouldn't place any bets on that. I haven't seen one this week with all the homecoming emails coming through.

Do you have a login to check your Yosef points and such? If so, check to see which email address you have listed there. You might also want to update your Gold Book information which is how the university retrieves at least some of its contact info for alumni.

I don't know. I just don't get an email. I've had the same email address for nearly 20 years, so I know both Gold Book and Neulion have the correct email addresses. I do get emails from the University, just never anything mentioning the hospitality room or games.

I just found a place on the appstatesports.com website after I logged in to the Yosef Club area, under Account, then My Notifications. That allowed me to click a box to be updated on Football, Basketball, Yosef Club, etc. I checked that, so maybe I'll start getting the emails. Thanks for your help Daphne.

I haven't been to the Yosef Room since I was on the Advisory Board in the 80's. I have too much fun at the tailgates, rain snow hail etcetea. Been a Chancellors level member for some time and I don't recall receiving any emails.
