APP STATE / ARK ST WEATHER TRENDS #2

Unread post by WXAPP » Tue Nov 03, 2015 1:27 pm

Will need to tweak the forecast a bit in the precipitation & cloud departments. Looks like some patchy light rain & drizzle will be possible after the game gets underway. If we do see any sort of rain, it's more likely after halftime, rather than before. This up-slope stuff is tricky.

3 PM - Partly to mostly Cloudy - Mid 60s

6 PM - Mostly cloudy - Lower 60s

KICKOFF - Cloudy - Upper 50s

1/2 TIME - Cloudy - Upper 50s - Small chance for patchy light rain & drizzle.

END OF GAME - Mostly cloudy - Mid 50s - Chance for patchy light rain & drizzle

***WED UPDATE****

NO major changes to the forecast thinking. If anything, drier seems to be the modeling trend. Seems less likely drizzle will be an issue for the game.

***THURSDAY UPDATE ****

Every thing points to dry for the game. So, for those on the cusp, and can swing it, head on up and have at it! No change to the temperature forecast.
