We'll see how "weird" their trip is when they lay eyes on the High Country, and wish they had gone to school there.

Hud also said the field vs Georgia State last year was covered in two inches of snow during the game.

He also said Georgia State tried to throw it every down. They had 26 rushing attempts to 19 passing attempts

I'd say something about this clown, but people would get upset that I voiced my opinion.

I think we should hang an extra 14 on them for that commentary.

Yea that sounds like exaggeration. It's less than an hour and a half from Johnson City to Boone. If they are driving 90 min and still have 30 more to get to Boone they need a gps. I assume knowing about this for maybe six months (forgot when the schedule was released) they could have secured accommodations in Boone?

It's beacause the BW in Banner Elk is "full service" which translates into "it has enough meeting room space for a football team". Boone Courtyard can handle basketball ... maybe baseball ... but not football.

I was not thinking of meeting space. I guess there would be some team meetings Friday or Saturday morning.

Let's not forget that Hud was against adding App and GS because the league didn't need to be full of move ups.
