Yup. Unfortunately, I was stuck holding tickets twice after 2007.

Frisco better hope that they see NDSU or SHSU again or they could see a return of 13k. I imagine the Bison fans who've bought tickets early may have a tough time getting rid of them unless App, GSU, ODU or McNeese St. makes it.

If I was a Bison fan I would already have my accomodations and tickets. I might hold off on the airline reservations though.

Agree... they look unstoppable. So far nothing has indicated a weakness with their team.

Don't forget that feeling. As a lifelong Alabama fan, I remember when times weren't so good. A look at the history of Alabama football shows the following national championship timeline.

1925
1926
1930
1934
1941

20 years

1961
1964
1965
1973
1978
1979

13 years

1992

17 years

2009
2011

Even with the long droughts, I'd say the Tide has a winning program.

Personally, I haven't forgotten what 2005, 2006, and 2007 felt like. I fully expect that we'll be back on top again. In the meantime, I'll just keep supporting Mountaineer athletics as best I can. It's all good.
